Anna Byron (until recently Lancaster) launched into the world of property after 10 years in the advertising and marketing industry. With her parents both well known in the industry, real estate really does run in the blood!

Anna has 2 young girls, Scarlett and Sienna, is happily married to Graham and they’ve recently bought their dream home, which they see themselves in for many years to come.

Her background in marketing, promotions and advertising is a huge bonus when it comes to the presenting your property to the market. From brainstorming your property’s campaign theme and creating cut through advertising, to her intrinsic follow up calls to buyers all while keeping her vendors updated every step of the way. Ryan Mitchell’s vast knowledge and professionalism has led him to a thriving, award winning career in Real Estate over the past 9 years. In August 2019, Ryan joined Harcourts Cooper & Co as the Sales Manager for the Hobsonville and Greenhithe offices.

Originally from North London, England Ryan has spent the past 15 years calling New Zealand home. Having owned property in Nelson where his parents reside, Ryan spent time renovating and selling properties which started his real estate fascination. After spending some time in Sydney in 2010 Ryan arrived back in Auckland in 2011 and moved into the Real Estate industry and never looked back.

Ryan has listed, sold and negotiated in all price brackets and sold property nationally through numerous developments he was involved in. After a successful selling careers throughout the years, Ryan then proceeded into management roles where he was able to assist with growth and brand placement throughout New Zealand.
